Since minggu ni i da x berapa busy, maka boleh la i start berblogging blk.=)

Been busy the past 2 weeks dgn kerja ofis.urghh.Janji ngn Cik Yus nk tgk muvie pn, xsempat.Janji ngn dila nk tgk anak ekin pn xsempat. double urghh.

Sementara ade mase boleh nk ngular2 ni lebey ni, meh i sambung cket cite pasal tunang tu.

ok, since En Kunyit and i da decide all the hantaran thingy, kami pun mula menghunting barang2 hantaran. At first mmg plan nk beli barang hantaran during X-Mas eve kt Spore. Maklum la kan, time2 tu la sale gila2 pny..

Tp nk dijadikan cerita, before raya and before puase lagi (seingat i la) Cikgu Biah msg said that Habib buat promotion, so g carik cincin cepat2.Since mase tu i kt Putrajaya and bile En Kunyit blk weekend dr Perak i pn terus ajak die g habib Alamanda. Uiiiihh..rupe2nye, xdela leceh benor i ni.. less than 1 hour i da dpt design cincin tunang yg i bekenan and of cos mustilah white gold.Main reason i pilih white gold adalah disebabkan my skin colour yg sememangnye sdikit mendung!mmg la klu ikut kata org tua, rugi beli white gold sbb nt nk jual xde nilai.eh,tapi kannnn...klu wedding and tunang ring ni mmg haruslah kite x kan jual kn?so, i juz ignore la pe yg i dgr tu. yg penting cincin tu tak nmpk kelam and mendung kt tgn i..=p

so cincin tunang done!

Cincin for risik i beli lambat cket sbb mase i bli cincin tunang ni family En Kunyit tak tahu pn yg ktorang da beli the cincin.Okla, i setuju mmg kami sedikit memandai2 disini yeeee..=)

Tp at that time mmg En Kunyit da ckp that he will ask his mum pasal hal2 beli cincin. Yolah kan, sumtimes ade org tua yg nk pilih cincin for the future menantu.Mungkin takut kite ketuk anak teruna dorg kot..na na, juz kidding!=P

Mayb sbb adat la kot. i pn xsure sgt psal adat beli2 brg kemas ni. Tp yg pasti it's actually depends pada org tua kita. Klu dorg nk pilih, then bagila dorang pilih. Kite terima jela kan pe yg dipilih tu.. Tp to be safe, pesan la kt bakal2 tunang spy pandai2 la buat pilihan and please make sure that the design sesuwai la ngn citarasa kite kannnn.

In case klu omak eh nk pilih kan cincin for me, boleh la pilih cincin merisik nanti.So xdela derhaka sgt kannnn..=p.Tapi lepas tny kt emak En Kunyit, die soh i je yg pilih dua cincin since mmg i yg nk pakai cincin, so ikut jela taste i.huuuuiii.. mmg sayang la kt mak mertua ku itu (ok, mmg saya gatal..)

Kain for outfit i got from Gulati's Dataran Pahlawan, Melaka. Cikgu Biah keep on remind me not to choose white colour outfit. Tp i mmg beria2 nk jgk kaler putih. So utk memuaskan hati saya dan juga Cikgu Biah i chose white colour chiffon with turqoise beading for baju and two tone chiffon turqoise in color for the kain...Tunjuk kt Cikgu Biah, die cakap Tantekkkk..

Since Cikgu Biah xbg kaler putih, i tried out this colour of kain.. huh. tp mmg langsung xmasuk ngn kulit i yg mmg hetam berkeladak ini..

The SA sgt la bagus.baik je die layan i yg mmg byk songeh ni..Tgk muke pn da tawu ade je yg i xbekenan kan..=)

owh, mase ni tgh choose which lining should i take. At last i plih the white lining. For the kain i tukar to 2 tone chiffon in turqoise colour.

At last..settle.=)

Early November mcmtu, i start cari tailor. Bile da beli kain yg berbatu batan cmtu, faham2 jelakan tailor charge kite cmne,so i try to call Sheera, which is my friend's sister!Die ade kedai kt Medan Mara. Lepas discuss thru phone, i really heart Sheera sbb she charged me sgt la murah..super cheap okkk.Half of the price dr rege tailor2 yg i da tny.

Sheera promised me that baju i akan siap in the middle of December so that ade mase untuk buat alteration kalau la i terkurus atau tergumuk menjelang my E-day!hee.

Deco for bilik i cari kt Ikea..Kan vases and candles kt Ikea byk choices and harga pun not bad.So that's why i prefer to go there for deco's hunting. Ade sum of the vases yg i beli for bilik tp disebabkan Cikgu Biah da berkenan, dia amek and letak kt hall.I redha jelaaaa..Da alang2 g Ikea, me and En Kunyit singgah The Curve, niat hati nk singgah Pak habib usha2 cincin risik..Mase tu i tgk rege mas RM142/g..Urrgghhh.bernanah mata ok tgk harga emas yg melambung naik time tu. Tp since Cikgu Biah ckp for risik beli la emas kuning, so ikut jelaa..I rase worth sgt pergi The Curve haritu sbb at the same time we oso managed to find shades that suited us well.Owhh..dan wallet for En Kunyit juga kami dpt cari hari tu. Lega sgtttt..(wallet was the replacement of shirt from the earlier plan).So cincin risik, shades and wallet done!

Cari shades tu lg satu hal..a few days before, me and En Kunyit masuk Spore. Puas kami survey kt sana, but the it was much more priceyyy over there.. Eventhough mase tu X-Mas sale da start da. so atlast x jadi beli kt sana. The stuff that we managed to get there were only clutch and shoe for me..=) Jadi la kan dari nan ado. Tula sbbnye 'ter'bertambah cket my hantaran .kihkihkih..

Owh yee, since i ni suke sgt tgk blog/website yang decor hantaran so i bgtau Cikgu Biah and En Kunyit that i sooo want to do the hantaran myself.mahu testing skill yg tak berapa nak ada ni.hee.. Cume bekas2 for the hantaran, i rase kalau beli mmg sgt rugi sbb lepas tu bukannye kite gune sgt pun kan. So i decided to rent from Merisik Gallery the silver boxes set (for me) and cinderella pumpkin carriage (for En Kunyit). Settleeee..senang cite rent for one week, pastu pulang balik. xde nk pening2 kepala kan. For alas dulang i g beli kt Nilai. I pergi berdua je ngn En Kunyit. Cikgu Biah kalau tempat2 panas cmtu mane la die suke nk ikut. Tp yg bagusnye Cikgu Biah ni, die x komplen sgt pe yg i pilih (kire taste i masuk la ngn die). Mmg die bagi 99% kebebasan and kepercayaan pd i utk buat pilihan for my E-Day. Besttt2!=)

Punye la masuk dari 1 kedai ke 1 kedai, last2 dpt jgk beli alas dulang for me and En Kunyit. En Kunyit ni pn satu bagus.. Pe i ckp cantik, die ikuttt jela.Xde de banayak songeh cm kite org perempuan ni kan.. Tp i tatau klu die ikut ckp i tu sbb malas nk tgk i ngamuk2.Al maklumla..die pn da paham sgt klu buah hati pengarang jantung die ni da ngamuk, satu sen x gune..=p So alas dulang and bekas hantaran done!

This is the alas dulang yg i beli kt Nilai, RM 10.90/pc and for the satin is RM3.00/pc. (if ade b2b yg masih mencari2 alas dulang and interested to rent mine, please email me for enquiries.bentuk alas dulang tu sbenarnye adalah hexagon(segi enam),bukannye bulat/segiempat.dan ade jugak juntaian manik pd setiap penjuru.I ade 9 pcs sumenye. harga istimewa for u guys=).Tq.)

And the silver boxes adalah dari Merisik Gallery.

Kt Nilai jgk i beli ribbons and some stuff yg munkin akan digunakan for deco. Actually time tu i x pk pn lagi deco cmnei nk wat, tp I juz beli je mane yg bkenan kt mate i.nanti2 baru pk nk letak ang gune kt mane all those ribbons and glitters.

Boxes for doorgift pulak i beli dari dua supplier. Plain white boxes i ordered from Nard,Ole Ole Manis . (Owh yes Nard, i have received ur glamorous card.Sgt cantik okkkk..=). But i cannot make it on this sunday to ur wedding sbb i have to attend a kenduri kt Melaka la sayang..btw, Selamat Pengantin baru in advance k dear. Hope that u will have a wonderful marriage..). Ok, The steoroform box plak i ordered from kak Ida, my couz. ni handmade okeh, so mahal cket.

This is the plain white box that i ordered from Ole Ole Manis. It cost me RM1.00/box. Since the box mmg plain shj, so i tambah la ribbon yg i da beli kt nilai tu..So yg ni i jadikan doorgift for adults.

(Nampak tak kt belakang tu??Tu pulak alas dulang En Kunyit..Die punye segi empat and ade juga ribbon di setiap penjuru.I yg pilih, harus lahh cantik kan.=p)

ok, yg ni doorgift yg i bg utk kids..Sgt comel.handmade by my couz. die mmg ade amek order for any majlis. It cost me RM2.00/box.Interested?Boleh email saya jugak..=)

Since i'm using fresh flower for the hantarans deco, so mmg susah la cari supplier yg murah kt Melaka tu. So once i dpt tawu yg kt Floristika, Bangsar supplied fresh flower dengan harga yg istimewa, so i ajak en Kunyit pergi untuk survey2 and tgk bunga mana yg kami berkenan and kena ngn theme kami. So the first time we went there juz utk survey2 shj..1 month before my E-Day, i pergi lagi sekali utk booking and pilih the flowers..

Cerita Tunang- Part 1

Tick..tock..tick..tock!

Jap je da 4 bulan lebey i officially memegang status sebagai tunangan org..Perasaan mase mule2 lepas tunang dlu adalah sgt happy seperti berada di awang-awangan (wahhhh..ayattttt...)=P

Ok, act we have discussed about the tunang thingy started from Feb 2009. Mase tu i masih lagi keja di Melaka dan tgh sibuk2 nk interview for PTD post. and at that time i salu ckp ngn En Kunyit klu btol rezeki i dpt the job, means jodoh i ngn die cepat..Nk dijadikan cerita, alhamdulillah i've passed the interview dan dpt the job on April 2009. So dari situlah kami mula serius discuss pasal tunang.Tp both me and En Kunyit masing2 xdela bgtau family lagi. yup, mmg kami plih tarikh 1st january 2010 for the enggagement sbb pada tarikh yg sama 2 tahun lepas, kami officially declair as bf and gf!=) *gedik*

On June 2009, i ade family matters cket and mase tu i ckp ngn En Kunyit mcm kena postponed je the enggagement.Lepas all the family matters settle down on August, baru we proceed dgn plan kami. I bgtahu my side, and En kunyit pn bgtahu his side. Owh yee, family saya yg pergi ke Bahau utk confirm the enggagement date!mmg i yg over okeh!Tu pn sbb Cik Olla ajak g Bahau jln2 and coincidentally nenek En Kunyit pn ade kt Bahau mase tu, so both the parents terus decide utk further discuss on the tunang thingy.

wahhh..mase tu i malu sbb rase mcm perigi carik timba plak kan..=p

Tp zaman modern da kot.sooooo ade i kesah??

So the date for tunang and risik sekali harung confirmed on 010110 which will be on Friday. X jadi masalah utk i sbb even hari jumaat tp 1 haribulan adalah PH for M'sia and S'pore. I kne consider this jgk sbb my mom side sume kt S'pore. Dari nenek, aunties and couz sume la kt sana.

At first, I've decided that the majlis will be at night.My side had agreed with that.mmg i idam sgt nk wt majlis tu pd malam hari supaya nmpk lebih ekslusif with all the lighting. Lgpun i mmg x suke klu dtg majlis tgh2 hari buta!panas ok.tetamu pun jd x selesa.Tu yg i fikir la dlm kepala ni. Tp ape2 pn i asked En Kunyit to confirm with his father first whether they agree or not with my plan. Yela, kne fikir jgk kn family die dtg dari jauh, takut nt rushing pulak. But i feel that it's ok to do the majlis at night sbb rumah nenek en Kunyit (sebelah ayah) is just 20 minutes from my house!So dorang boleh la solat Maghrib semua kt sane.

I was so sad sbb after their discussion, En Kunyit's father tak bersetuju ngn plan i tu. Rushing katanya utk family yg jauh2. Ok fineeeeee..I mls nk betah2 sbb klu cite pasal tunang ngn En Kunyit, mesti end up ngn bergado.=(

So, means majlis i akan berlangsung di siang hari.

Mase i da confirm with the date, i langsung xde bgtau sesape except family members.mls nk kecoh2 sbb tunang je kan.Nt terkeluar pulak ayat "Baru tunang je pun nk heboh!". Uishhh..i mmg xnk la dgr org bersoksek2 blkg i kan.

I've sit down with En Kunyit to do all the checklist and budget list. we had to ensure that everything is within the budget. So here are the list of hantarans that we had planned at first!

Tapi apa yg sebetulnya i and En Kunyit dpt pada hari kejadian adalah seperti berikut:

For Him :

1. Fruits -this was sponsored by Elmi, my couz! Mase die tunang dlu i sponsor cuppies that i ordered from Isza Home Bakery

2. Chocolates -my aunty sponsored a pyramid ferrero which she brought all the way from S'pore!

3. Cake -I ordered the 3D design cake from Secret Recipe yg berbentuk seperti bola.and i was so lucky kerana kaler cake adalah sama ngn my theme colour which is turqoise.sponsored by Efi,couz saya. Dulu mase die tunang i sponsor die cake jgk!=) baik kan mereka2 ini?

4. Sirih Junjung -Made by my couz, Deedee. Sirih Junjung siap at 4 in the morning. Huwarghhh sgt ngantuk mase tu sbb all the hantarans kami buat a night before the majlis.ni yg i xbrape nk gemor klu pki fresh flowers.sume kne wat last minute!

5. Fragrance - Ck in 2u Pop by Calvin Klein. Comes with deodorant and 2 bottles 5ml miniature.

6. Wallet - juga dr Calvin Klein.ni je yg mampu punnnn..=)

7. Shades - by Armani Exchange. En Kunyit yg plih ok sbb the design suits him well. I did asked him x kesa ke dpt AX je. Die ckp ok.besela kn lelaki, kite ni pompuan je yg terlebey songeh.=)

8. Fruit tarts - made by my aunty the night before majlis!huru hara okeh umah i mlm tu. One team kt hall gubah segala hantaran and the other team kt dapur sibuk menggentel fruit tarts!Weee~

9. Strawberry jelly with chesee cake at the bottom - sponsored jgk!wahaha..murah rejki i kan?hee=P!deedee bought in Spore.=)

For Her :

1. Fruits - En Kunyit beli kt Bahau seingat i.

2. Chocolates - En Kunyit pesan his ofismate beli dr Langkawi..Tp i yg list out kan ape ceklet yg i mahu ok.harus ikut selera i!

3. Cakes - Kami order bersama juga dr SR. Tp En Kunyit pny was a 3d ladybird design cake yg juga tanpa disengajakan sama dengan theme colour En Kunyit iaitu red!Sungguh comel..sumpah x tipu! Sayang gile nk mkn. Tp bile makan suweeeettttt yg hamat.

4. Rings - I dpt 2 cincin dr En Kunyit yg mana 1 adalah utk merisik dan satu lg adalah utk tunang! Kedua2 adalah dr pak Habib. One we bought from Habib Alamanda and the other 1 was from Habib The Curve. i x pnah beli brg2 kemas ni..but according to Cikgu Biah, Habib's rate was much more cheaper compared to others collection!

5. Shades, Clutch bag and Shoes -Shades by Marc Jacobs. Sbenornye at first i had to choose either shades OR clutch OR shoes.Tp akhirnya i dpt Shades AND clutch AND shoes..weehee!!Ni last minute pny bodek okk.. Tp syarat En Kunyit bagi the clutch and shoes not more than Charles & Keith.haha.. Sooo dari takde, dpt Charles and Keith pn jd la kn. Walaupun ayat baby cm haram "Eh, ape kelasss yg Charles and Keith tu je pn nk letak kt atas dulang hantaran?".yela b, ko kan x main takat Charles & Keith jeeeeeee..(no offense, ni bkn nk hina org pki Charles & Keith sbb i pn berkira2 klu nk bli tau. juz nk share the conversation between me and my sis!)

6. Fragrance -Ck In 2u Heat by Calvin Klein.It comes together with body lotion,50 ml Ck In 2u (which i berjaya bodek the sales girl for free) and 5 ml Ck In 2u Heat miniature!

7. Sireh junjung - org kata wajib ehh. Entahla kan. Omak En Kunyit yg buat. Tantekkkk. with candle in the middle.
